I'm not just a trainer. I am an athlete that spent years mastering the human body and athletic performance!

Basketball. Track. Soccer. Mountain biking. Swimming. Weight lifting.
Sports has always been my life.
Through out my journey of testing formulas and perfecting my training I have built a physique I love and a body that moves even better than it looks, including a 42+ inch vertical jump.
Throughout the process I have dealt with numerous injuries that have shaped how I now train. Chronic tendonitis, Jumper's knee, Broken elbow, and countless muscle strains have taught me how to recover optimally and even more important - how to prevent injuries!
